The Joint conference of ACSIN-14 and ICSPM26, the two international conferences sponsored by Japan Society of Applied Physics, Thin Solid Films and Surface Physics Division, will be held on Oct. 21-25, 2018 in Sendai, Japan. Papers are solicited in wide variety of topics on surfaces and interfaces of materials or nano-structures, including the issues on fabrication and characterization techniques, materials/structures, properties, and applications.The abstract submission deadline has been extended to June 17th, 2018.
