先日案内を差し上げました、９月２８日ー１０月２日にスペインのコルドバで開催が予定されているLEEM/PEEM International Workshopについて以下のような案内が来ました。開催の可否については２か月以内に結論を出すとのことで、アブストラクトのウエブは開けていますが旅行の手配はしないようにという案内になっています。新しい情報が来たらまた連絡を差し上げます。同じ案内を受け取られた場合は、申し訳ありませんが無視していただけると幸いです。以上ですのでよろしくお願いいたします。

Dear colleagues,
The current COVID-19 situation has caused the cancellation of major events and conferences around the world. We still hope that LEEMPEEM12 can take place as planned from September 28th to October 2nd 2020 in Córdoba (Spain). We are following the evolution of the situation closely and expect to have a clearer idea in the next 2 months regarding whether it is realistic to maintain the event on the planned dates.
The call for abstracts is open, without closing date for the moment, and we strongly encourage everyone to not commit to any travel arrangements at this stage. The registration system has been suspended until a final decision is made.
We thank you for your interest in LEEMPEEM12 and kindly ask for your patience in these exceptional times. We will keep you updated!
