日本表面真空学会のマイクロビームアナリシス技術部会(MBA)ではSISS事業としまして、成蹊SIMS国際シンポジウム(SISS)を開催して参りました。
SISSはイオンを活用した新たな計測手法への展開を目指して活発な議論が行われる国際的な会議です。
2023年はSISS-22としまして金沢にてハイブリッド方式にて開催いたします。皆様の積極的なご参加をお待ちしております。

Note: We do host SISS-22 as Hybrid form. So, in case, if you are unable to attend physically, you can participate in the oral
session of SISS-22 online. Poster session is available only in person (not hybrid).
